- 1/2 cup Adiv Seeds
- 1.5 cup Grated Coconut
- 1/2-1 cup Coconut Water
- 1 Cup Jaggery
- 2 Tbspn Ghee
Soak Adiv seeds in just enough amount of Coconut Water and allow them to rest for 5-10mins for the seeds to absorb this coconut water
Once the water disappears, add a little more water and allow the water to be soaked again after resting. Check and repeat the process till you see the adiv seeds are well soaked and soft.
Now to this well soaked Adiv Seeds, add grated coconut and mix well. Keep Aside
Warm a kadai, to that add gud and allow to melt. Keep stirring continuously to prevent it from getting burnt.
Once the jaggery melts, add coconut a nd adiv mixture to this melted jaggery.
Add ghee to this mixture and keep cooking till the whole mixture comes together. Once the liquid evaporates, turn the gas off and allow to cool
Once the mixture becomes cool enough to handle, start making ladoos and store in an air tight box
Eat as a mid meal and enjoy!
