Sessions

Our sessions are more of education sessions than handing out of printed diet plans. The sessions involve you as the primary change maker in your life with us guiding and supporting you with authentic, practical and easy to follow information. You have been following a particular pattern of living and any change will take time for you to start, settle and regularize the modifications we will together work upon, therefore the minimum period of the programme is designed for 2 months and builds onwards. There are 2/4/6 month plans available, depending upon your specific requirnment.

The eating pattern will be designed for you, with you, so as to fit into your work schedule, exercise time and other engagements at the same time, keeping your likes and dislikes, your routine and clinical parameters (health condition) in mind, to ensure that there are no reasons for you to not adhere to it. It builds up week by week and will be changed every two weeks to provide you with a variety of foods toward holistic health.
