When you breathe deep, you breathe slow. When you breathe slow, your heart rhythms change and enter a more coherent state. This has a significant impact of your mental and physical well-being.

Not having enough time is a common excuse for people and thus thus  #healthtip   is made simpler by asking you to deep breaths for shorter intervals during the day, rather than devoting a committed time slot ( do if you can!). At red lights, in a queue, just before biting into your food, in the washroom…anywhere, just a couple of deep breaths would make a significant difference.
