Ragi Banana Bread Recipe

Ragi Banana Bread Recipe

Ragi  Banana Bread   is a    millet based, gluten free recipe that I  have finalized through trial and error.  All those who follow me, know that  I simply love millets.  Whether its my     Instragram Posts            or   You Tube  videos      I have often  posted and shared   about the health benefits of millets and their seasonal  use.    This recipe was   born out of   my growing concern of   finding no takers for the ripe bananas in  my house!   Yes, I would make milk shakes,    Bananan Puas for kids, but they too had got  bored of having that. So  I decided to experiment   with  the banana bread recipe and  everyone simply loved it.

I am sure you too will love   biting into this soft indulgent   taste of dense ragi and banana!  Don’t forget to share your feedback with me 🙂
