Day 30 – Sometimes its the journey that teaches you a lot about the destination

The 30 Day #InformedHealthChallenge was just a beginning in the right direction, a humble step, a simple handholding to start this wonderful journey to a fitter, stronger, healthier YOU. But this for sure is not the end.

You have come this far only with your dedication, commitment and motivation. Keep these pillars intact and continue to practice each principle of eating right, sleeping right, exercising right and loving yourself.

We all falter sometimes, that shouldn’t allow us to deviate from the path completely. Get yourself together, go for a walk, eat right in the next meal, dance to music of your choice and come back on track.
